Sunday Steal; Milk Box Bag

milk box bag | eBay// China | £8ish

I thought I would just share this little bag that I bought the other day, if a bag like this doesn't scream soon to be crazy cat lady then I don't know what does.
I know that a few companies based in the UK sell some similar for around £25 but I spotted this on eBay & bought it from this seller /here/, although it did come from China the shipping was really quick and it arrived safe & sound.
The bag itself was £5.99 then around £3 for the postage, a crazy but cute bargain in my opinion.

Next is to wait & see how many funny looks I get when I wear it out for the first time.
Hope you're all well.

Sunday Steal

printed midi dress | charity shop | £1.00
As usual another old lady charity shop dress. I found this in the little charity shop near my house, everything in there is just £1 so pretty much anything is good for its price. I always pop in just to see if the is anything I like & really for one pound I doubt I'll ever walk out without parting with an entire £1 coin. I really like the pattern and think it would be nice with some ankle boots during winter or sandals in the summer, although it has a belt with it I might swap and wear a vintage black one just to make it stand out a bit more. Have you found anything good in the second hand shops recently?

Sunday Steal

bomber jacket | zara | £20ish
So, I travel all the way to Rome and where do I go shopping.. zara, the place we have at home.
Although I say this, I picked up two things I really wanted that I don't think are stocked locally to me, or maybe I just haven't spotted them. The first being this jacket, it was a absolute steal in the sale costing me only 22euro's reduced from 80euro's. Although I'm not to keen on the blue stripe detail the print was just to perfect not to buy, I actually quite like the shape of the jacket to which isn't something I'd normally go for, overall it's such a good buy and I know I'll get a lot of wear out of it, maybe I should travel to do my shopping more often. Have you found anything great in the sales?

Sunday Steal

vintage belts | charity shop | £3.50 (for both)
I've had my eye out for a good vintage belt for such a long time now, I always see oversized vintage dresses worn with chunky belts on tumblr, and I die a little inside knowing I don't own anything like that, but maybe now I do. Both these belts are real leather and seem genuine 'vintage' /pretty old if not vintage, they do have a little wear to them but I think I like them better that way. The larger belt was £2.00 and thinner just £1.50, I'm so pleased I managed to find these especially without a huge price tag that I would of had to pay if bought from a vintage shop.
Have you found any good bargains lately?

Sunday Steal

JuJu Jellies | Debenhams | £12.00
Today's sunday steal finally doesn't feature something from a charity shop (hooray!).
I know everyone will remember the jelly shoes when they were younger, I had clear glittery ones but who would of thought ten years later they'd be back.. Well they are back and even better.
I was on the fence about getting a pair for myself, as I thought they'd be the new disco pants where everybody has a pair however I knew they'd be good for on holiday. I finally thought oh just buy them, I knew I wanted a light colour although the glow in the dark pink nearly swayed me, the only place I could find this gold colour was debenhams which seemed like a unlikely place if I'm honest. The debenhams website had them on offer for £12.00 which is amazing since the same ones were £30 in urban outfitters, it was free delivery to which is even better. The offer is still on for JUJU's so if you fancy picking up some for yourself you can find them (here).

OOTD; Oversized&Pineapples

earrings | h&m | £7.99
blouse/dress | charity shop | £3.99
shorts | levis/urban outfitters | £25.00
box clutch | charity shop | £1.00
Oh look another charity shop blouse, I told you I'm like a magpie. I wore this blouse as a dress style outfit since its way to big for me (actually size 28) but I really loved the collar and thought it would work well as a dress, since this was a no tights summer day, I popped on these denim cut off's just so it wasn't to, lets say revealing. I'm in love with these earrings to, pineapples, bugs and gems, what more could I want. Also the little blue 'bag' is actually a jewellery box which I got from a charity shop a long time ago, I think it looks good with the whole mini bag trend that's quickly appeared, its just big enough for a phone&some pennies.
Hope you're all well.

Sunday Steal

I honestly think this is the best thing I have ever spent a £1 coin on, where I live the is a charity shop where everything is just a pound, whenever I walk past I always drop in to have a little look, and this week I nearly died with happiness when I spotted this on the rail. I've wanted a sheepskin kind of coat for ages now but just couldn't seem to get on that fitted me properly, I didn't try this on but I thought for a pound I wasn't really to fussed, when I got it home it fitted perfectly which made it ever more amazing. Such a good buy and I think it will be great in the winter..
have you found any great steals recently?
Just before I finish this post I wanted to mention.. whilst blogging I always try to vary what I post about, but the more I've been thinking the more I like the idea of post what I wear every single day for a year. I thought about doing it in weekly posts so like seven pictures of that week, I know I already post my outfits but not on a daily basis.
I'm going to give it a try anyway.. Fingers crossed.
Hope you're all well.

Sunday Steal

sequin blazer | charity shop | £5.00
This weeks steal is this sequin jacket, I have being looking on eBay for one for quite a while but always ended up being outbid, I thought I'd wait to see if I could spot one when out..
I was shopping when I saw this one, its pretty much exactly what I wanted, and doesn't even have a sequin missing which is so good thinking it is second-hand. It looks plain black until the light hits the different sequins which then make you look a bit like a walking disco ball, I love it. It also has the black beading along the edges, which have a scalloped kind of detail, as well as little button fastening on the front. It is oversized but I like clothes when they are to big so win win.
For just a fiver I think I would be silly to leave it on the rail.

Sunday Steal

ysl  jumper | charity shop | £3.00
This week's steal is one of my favourite things I've found in a charity shop, I saw the blue jumper& picked it up thinking it would do for layering, when I spotted the logo&label I was so happy. Thing is with stuff like this, it can have a designer label but just be a horrible item so I was so glad it was just plain and a dark navy blue colour. Charity shop usually read labels and cost a silly amount for things so I was pretty shocked when it was only a couple of pounds. I think its a man's but .. for £3.00 I'd say its well worth wearing a man's jumper!

Sunday Steal

I was thinking of new things/posts I could bring to my blog, when I came up with the idea of 'Sunday Steal'. I mean obviously I'm not going to steal anything but I'm going to blog each Sunday(Or every second Sunday?) about something that week I've found for a cheap deal/well priced and share it with you. I'm going to try and vary it each time (for example it not just all being from charity shops, not always being clothes etc.). I love seeing what people have found and are pleased with so I thought it would be nice to do on a weekly basis.
This week is TIGHTS ..
sisi moda tights | tk maxx | £2.99
With the Winter months, tights become a everyday essential but black can become abit boring.. I spotted these ones in TK Maxx earlier this week and really liked them. When the whole 'stocking tights craze' started it completely put me off them, however these are something abit different, I liked how the top area is white rather than flesh coloured& It's obvious you have tights on, not just stockings. I had a look online for the tights and found them (here on eBay) for £14.00 plus £2.00 p&p making my £2.99 purchase look like even more of a steal. Have you found a bargain this week?
